【我所邂逅的倫敦】1. 英國國家美術館 The National Gallery

我從來不覺得自己懂藝術。

小時候我也是學過畫畫的，只是無論我怎麼畫都像是鬼畫符，老師和拔麻對我的繪畫能力深表同情。大概我從小就是個粗鄙之人，看不懂藝術，也沒有鑑賞的閑情逸致，總之我也沒什麼審美的慧根。

知名畫家的名字，我只能簡單的叫出幾個，梵谷，高更，莫內，米開朗基羅，什麼鬼的。雖然美術課本我每個學期都有買，但是什麼巴洛克藝術，現實主義，印象派，我也都分不出個之無。

而我卻在The National Gallery見到莫內真跡的時候，感到澎湃不已。

我這才明白，原來這些藝術品，這些所謂的"Master Piece"並非浪得虛名，因為即使經過了這麼長的歲月，它們仍然含有巨大的感染力，足以深深地觸動我的感官。

以前我不懂，為什麼人們常說，藝術可以薰陶人心，也許現在的我比較能夠有一些些粗略的體會。

走在這個藝術殿堂裡，透過一幅幅曠世巨作，我試圖想像著，在遙遠的時代裡，在沒有相機的發明之前，人們是怎樣的生活，那時候的他們，是怎麼留下片刻的記憶，是怎樣努力的留下除了隻字片語的畫面。

過去的貴族，揮灑萬貫的家財聘請畫家，用數十年的時間為他們留下畫像，有些時候，那些作品還是在他們死後才完成問世。也有畫家，承受了一生的貧窮，實踐當時連他們自己也看不見前景的理想，直到死後很久才變得揚名立萬。

而現在的我們，可以在任何時候按下快門，留下每一個短暫的瞬間，然後再用PS讓記憶顯得滄桑或鮮明，或者再來點惡搞。

比起現在，過去的圖像，也許不如現在精采，卻顯得純粹而富有含意。

我被那些光影和色彩吸引了，即使我只是個再平凡也不過的局外人。

搭地鐵到Charing Cross，一出站就可以看見摟～

進入英國國家美術館參觀是免費的，不過建議可以付費Audio Tours，在英國很多展覽，博物館之類的地方，都會提供這樣的服務，有時候是買票付費入場，那麼Audio Tours就是免費的，通常有多種語言可選擇，我都是選擇Manderine((也就是華語))，這種時候我就不會假掰地說我要練習英文聽力，因為這些歷史或是藝術題材用英文聽起來實在不是那麼好懂。所以還是選擇中文的語音導覽，比較能夠清楚了解他們的說明。一般的語音導覽是￡3.5，出示學生證￡2.5。

英國國家美術館的語音導覽是針對最熱門的畫作介紹，所以只有60分鐘，租用導覽機的同時，就可以拿到有語音介紹的畫作目錄，((加上走來走去的時間，其實是要兩個小時才能聽完喔～))

由於The National Gallery裡面是不能拍照的，所以無法拍照跟大家分享，即使能夠在網路上看見翻拍或是書本上看見這些畫作，也無法體會看見真跡的感受。因此，如果來到倫敦，倒是可以來這裡參觀一下。

【美食．U.K.】在牛津，貨真價實的珍珠奶茶 Bubble Tea in Oxford

這是我在英國喝到的第一杯珍珠奶茶，
令人驚艷地，它讓我回想起在台灣的那些美好時光，
我當時非常確定它絕對來自台灣，因為那個令人難忘的滋味。

This is the first cup of bubble tea I had in the U.K.

Surprisingly, it made me recall those wonderful time in Taiwan.

I was so sure that this bubble tea absolutely comes from Taiwan because of its unforgettable taste.

2. 走進HSBC對面的巷子

3. 走過一條小巷之後，會看見Formosan的招牌

After passing the narrow alley, you might see the signboard of Formosan

4. 然後請繼續進入下一個小巷子

Then, enter next alley please

5. 最後妳就會看見這家店就在右手邊

Finally, you will see this tea bar located in your right side

一走進Formosan，

店員親切地用中文交談和我們交談，

我立刻對這杯珍奶抱持更多的期待，

因為從她的中文裡，我可以確定她是台灣人！

The staff chatted with us in Manderine very friendly when we walked in the store.

At that moment, I waited for the pearl milk tea with a great expectation.

This is because we were so sure that she is from Taiwan.

這裡提供多種不同的飲料，

可以選擇不同基調的茶，

包括一般的紅茶，綠茶，還有烏龍茶，

可以加珍珠或是不加，

甜度和冰塊也都可以隨個人喜好而調整。

There provides different choices of drink.

You can choose different base tea, including black tea, green tea, and Oolong tea.

Also, you can put pearl in or not.

In addition, the sugar and ice are all customized.

就是它了！最一般的珍珠奶茶，少冰。

別看它一點都不特別，這一杯可是要價3.95鎊。(約190台幣)

Here it is!!

Original "Pearl Milk Tea" (made by black tea), less ice.

It seems not special at all; however, it cost 3.95 pounds, almost 190 NT dollars.

我只能說，這3.95鎊花得太值得！

是鮮奶茶！加的是鮮奶不是奶精粉。

完完全全來自台灣的味道，

這一杯珍奶可以帶來多少感動與幸福，

大概只有飄洋過海的人才會懂。

All I can say is... it is worthy.

They put milk inside, not milk powder.

The taste there is totally the same as in Taiwan.

How much happiness this pearl milk tea can bring me can be realized only by someone who lives in a country, which is so far away from Taiwan. 

哪一天，你如果來到牛津，

一定要來喝一杯讓我驚豔的珍珠奶茶。

Someday, if you come to Oxford, you must try this pearl milk tea, which completely surprised me.

【旅行．長灘島】2012 Boracay. Philippine Day.4

Traveling in Boracay is a sweet and unforgettable dream.

在長灘島旅行，就像一場甜美又難忘的夢。

Spending your vacation on a tropical island, such as Boracay, means you must do very little things during the whole period, and you have a huge difficulty to recall exactly what you do in those few days when coming back to reality.

All you can remember is the addictive and relax feeling, so you couldn't wait but keep savoring the lovely memory until next time you leave your life behind and run yourself to a wonderland.

在長灘島這種熱帶島嶼度假意味著妳完全不須要做些什麼，

然後當妳重返現實之後，

將會非常難以回憶起當時就硬做了些什麼。

妳唯一能記得的只有那種令人上癮的輕鬆感受，

然後難以等待只能不斷回味那個可愛的回憶，

直到下次妳將生活拋諸腦後，

衝向另一個人間仙境。

In the afternoon, we were wandering along the beach side, enjoying the freedom.

Every sight in my eyes and every photo I took is definitely a beautiful postcard.

午後，我們沿著沙灘徘徊，

盡情享受著自由感受。

我的每一個視線，與每一張我拍下的照片，

絕對都是美麗的明信片。

It will so hard to forget the beauty like this.

Seeing this kind of sight made me the happiest person in the world.

要忘記這樣的美景太難，

看著這樣的一切，

讓我覺得自己是世界上最幸福的人。

I sat on the soft sand, hearing the sound of wave, and feeling the tranquil covering me.

My thought became so clear and hopeful.

I believe that this is the meaning of travel, coloring my life and comforting my heart.

我坐在柔軟的沙灘上，聽海浪的聲音，感覺平靜包圍著我。

我的思維變得如此清晰和充滿希望的。

我相信，旅行的意義便是如此，

使我的生命變得精采，也撫慰我的心靈。

Before going to dinner, I wrote down postcards to my friends and myself.

There is a tour center between D-mall and Station 3, containing a "Post Front", where you could buy some postcards, souvenir and send postcard to overseas here.

The post fee was not so high, it only take less than NT.20 sending a postcard to Taiwan.

晚餐之前，我為朋友和自己寫下明信片，

在D-mall和三號碼頭之間有個旅客服務中心，

裡面有個郵政櫃檯，

妳可以在那裡買到明信片，紀念品，

也可以從那裡寄明信片到國外。

郵資並不貴，寄一張明信片回台灣只要不到20元台幣！

This is the hotel that we had dinner in the last night in Boracay.

There provided buffet and unlimited BBQ food.

We enjoyed this fancy building with graceful light performance while having this very expensive meal.

However, I strongly disagree with clean of the food there since I got food poison after that meal.

我們在這個飯店享用在長灘島上最後的晚餐，

有buffet和無限量的燒烤。

我們一邊吃著大餐，

一邊享受著這奇妙的建築物和燈光表演。

不過，我對於這些食物的清潔度感到非常不妙，

因為我自從吃那餐之後，

就食物中毒了！

But I still like this hotel so much, I am going to paste more photos.

但我實在很喜歡這個飯店，

我要多貼一些照片。

The last night in Boracay, we went to see "Fire Dance Performance", in which dancers hold fire in their hands, doing some special posture and action.

We found it very spectacular, and stunned by the cool and difficult actions.

Watching the performance and drinking beer at the same time, the music "My All"  made me feel so sentimental.

在長灘島的最後一晚，

我們去看了「火舞表演」，

在這個表演中，舞者會拿著火球，

然後做些特別的動作或是擺弄姿勢。

我們覺得這個表演讓人歎為觀止，

也被那些高難度動作吸引了。

看著表演喝啤酒，"My All"的配樂讓我不自覺感傷了。

I love this island.

I will go there again.

【食譜】超簡便韓式泡菜鍋．Kimchi Hot Pot

這絕對是史上最簡易的懶人泡菜鍋

就算你從沒拿過鍋鏟也絕對不會失手

我試著做一些低卡食物來代替晚餐以達成減肥效果

請別告訴我：「最好的減肥方法是運動」

拜託！我每週至少上兩次健身房，而且我跳Flamenco

運動跟我的減肥計劃根本風馬牛不相干。

我想出一個超棒的提議--韓式泡菜火鍋

實在令我很自豪，因為它真的非常好吃

因為這道菜中不含澱粉，我便不會發胖

畢竟，「晚餐不吃澱粉」是減肥時期的關鍵原則。

材料：

韓式泡菜  適量（自己醃的，韓國料理店買的都可以，我是用愛之味韓式泡菜罐一罐）

板豆腐  一盒（或換成其他種豆腐都可以）

白蘿蔔  半條

蒟篛絲  一盒

高麗菜or大白菜or金針菇（任何你想吃的青菜）

高湯（如果平常就有備高湯最好，沒有也不用麻煩，湯塊湯凍或是罐頭都很好用）

作法：

1. 煮高湯 （我用一鍋滾水+兩塊康寶海鮮湯塊）

2. 高湯滾後加入泡菜

3. 加入白蘿蔔，板豆腐，蒟篛絲持續煮15分鐘

4. 加入蔬菜煮5-10分鐘，完成。

煮婦心得＆感言

1. 你應該沒有見過比這個更加簡便的泡菜鍋了吧～如果有的話記得告訴我，我要膜拜那主廚。

2. 愛之味韓式泡菜我個人覺得還蠻不錯的，不過我媽也有去韓式餐廳買過。

3. 建議使用板豆腐是因為它比較快入味，不過要是你喜歡嫩豆腐或是什麼都可以隨你加。

4. 喜歡吃肉的孩子也可以加火鍋肉片下去涮喔～

5. 我通常煮這樣一鍋都可以吃兩餐，如果第二餐要吃的時候，料或是菜不夠再另外加，不過話說回來，我吃泡菜鍋根本沒有達成減肥效果，因為覺得很好吃就一直大快朵頤，哈哈～最後大概變得更胖吧！
